While at home... RV plugged in? Refer on?

You should have 4 blue or black plastic rectangles that you insert into the locking mechanism & it keeps the doors open about an inch or so. Maybe check the refer manuel, they may be tucked in there. Mine came with 2 blue plastic inserts. Obviously I have a 2 door refer. Hope this helps.

AH HA! That's what those were for! I had them in the blue bag of paperwork and other stuff that comes with our rigs. They were in the sundance and I didn't know what they were for. The BH doesn't have them.

in or big horn the fridge has these white shelf dividers or partitions that slide back and forth to divide the door shelf into sections. When you remove those they are used to lock the door of the fridge open. there should be two if you have a two door fridge.
