    Upgrades...now I want to sell

I have no idea why I do things *** backwards sometimes, but all the chatter about painting the front cap had my OCD flowing. While it's being painted, we decide to sell and move on. Now with it sitting at home, I realize how **** good it looks. I officially parked it for the last time at home...

Anyone ever rent out their trailer and how?

As with life, things change and it is time to move on from the trailer. I am not in a financial state where they must go so I can live, but wife got a promotion and our time available to go has been cut. So the cost of maintaining it for those 2 trips a year will not be worth it. With that, she...

    Front cap damage

I had some wood fly up and scratch my front cap (some scratches are a little deep and it looks like a screw got in pretty deep). I am doing an insurance claim, anyone know if they can repair and blend (the cap has the common fading) or will the whole thing get re done. I know normally with a car...

    Stolen tailgate prevention

I recently bottomed out my trailer on my tailgate and I have been looking for a replacement tailgate. Of course going through Craigslist has yielded a ton of "take offs" whatever that means. Trailer and bed clearance

Last week I visited camp james at the kern river. After parking, I noticed my tailgate had a nice love tap from the trailer. No real visible damage to the trailer, except the rubber bottom molding was kissed a bit. The driveway there was steep and I guessed right that it was the problem. Went to...

    Dish Tailgators programming questions

Hey guys, I got the tailgator a few months ago as a gift and the first time I used it, I had to speak with tech support. Seems they had to change my home programming to reflect where I was at the time I was camping, which seems dumb to me. Anyhow, I have some trips coming up and many I may not...

I have been struggling with this for some time, about 6 years ago my dad gave me a 1969 chevelle that he had owned for a few years. This car was primed and mostly sat in the driveway. He gave me the car when I graduated from grad school and before kids. Fast forward, I did a complete frame off...
