My wife and I are writting a book that revolves around an EMP burst. I was wondering would you be able to run the frige on propane afterwards? I am sure that all the Alt Current stuff would be destroyed, but what about the refrige?
Well I have learned a lot in the past few days. Meet a guy that is a paramedic and he often rebuilt or replaced generators on the ambulances. He recommended that I use seafoam and premium fuel. I ran that in the generator and was able to keep it running for a few hours. Next day it was hard...
Ok, so add sea form instead of stabil, but do I need to drain the gas out of the system and add new fuel? Since there is only about 7 gal in the tank, can I just add new fuel? Remember there is stabil in the fuel already.
I left my 3210 alone for about a year and went to visit it last month. The generator wouldnt stay running. I did have stabil in the fuel but from what I understand it doesnt always work or I used it wrong. Anyway the carb need cleaning so I am flying back this week to do some more work on it...
I am going to have to replace the shower pan in my 3210. It has cracked from the drain to the door area. Has anyone else had to do this replacement? What other areas should I look for while replacing. If there is water damage would my insurance cover it?
First, I want to thank everyone for the advice. It really helped me in explaining why the short ramp was such a bad concept.
So we are going to build a ramp 18 ft long, making it a grade of about 11% and see if there is a way to use a frontend loader to hitch to the trailer. That should...
My wife and I loaned our trailer to some friends that lost their house in the wildfires here in Texas. Now their property is cleared off they want to move the trailer onto the slab of their old house. The guy is building a barn on the old slab of the house and I am going to back the trailer...
I have an emergency and I hope someone can help me. I am from Bastrop and as most of you know there was a huge fire and some friends of ours lost their home. I am taking them my 5th wheel so they have a place to stay. The problem is I have a hydraulic leak and the fluid tank is almost empty...
Well after doing some reading and research I was headed to a real disaster. I found out the 30amp plug for an RV is different than a 30 amp plug for a dryer. I am just going to get the 50amp service installed and save me a headache
Over the past two months My wife and I have started trying to purchase things made here in the USA. We start at Made in the USA, then used items, then I will make it if I can, and finally outside of the USA. So I have been looking for a 30 amp cable made here in the USA. Or I will buy a used...
Well the only offers I got was about 2/3rd's of what I owed so I took it off the market. We just spent all day today cleaning it up. Its out at my sisters lake house so we do plan on spending time out there and doing some fishing, but I sold my truck so for now it is staying put.
Does anyone have some factory pictures for the 3210? My trailer is about 100 miles away and I am putting it up for sale. I wont be able to get out to it for two weeks and would like to at least show what it look like.
What is it with these guys? I have spoken to 4 of them. One told me he was too busy, well that ok, so no problem with him. But he gave the name of two other which I called. the first one talk to me and said he would call me back. I called him 3 or 4 times and no return call. The second one...
Well I think I have my f-350 sold. I do believe I have bought my last ford. Which is a shame with the exception of the engine I love the truck. So I think I am going to go with a dodge next time. I am starting to see those much more often. What is anyone opinion of the larger dodge diesel...
Thanks for the suggestion. It worked, I can now see the landing gear. Now the questions is how do I remove the leg? Is there sometype of shear pin that I might be able to replace and the leg will work again?
Well for what ever reason it seems the repair guy isn't intrested in repair my trailer. So it seems I might have to tackle it myself. any ideals on how to remove the leg? Any instructions anywhere?
I have a cyclone 3210 with the generator. I need to remove or just move it to the side so I can work on the landing gear. so my question is, How do you disconnect the generator from the frame and fuel line? Anyone have pictures of these procedures?
Does any one know of a work around that I can use to raise the trailer off my hitch, but not disconnect it from the truck? I just want to take the weight off the truck for now. I am not a big fan of harbor freight but I am looking at their 3 1/2 ton farm jack to use in place of the non-working...
Did a search to see if others had this problem but couldnt find a thread. any ideals on getting both sides to work? Can I extend slides still hitched up to truck?
Well I took off the shower head/hose turned on the water and there was a very good flow. Put the hose back on the again just the drip drip drip of water. Well I took it all apart and now it works fine. Next is the kitchen sink. I guess some dirt or something got in the line and clogged them up.
I have lost water pressure everywhere in my cyclone(3210) EXCEPT the sink in the master bedroom. The shower just trickles, the sink is almost ok and I really cant check the washing machine. I cant use the pump because it needs to be replaced. I have checked EVERYTHING from the outside faucet...
At first the electrican said this couldnt be done without the electrical company approving a new meter, after sending him pic from a campground that shows how they set it up, he is going to install a meter.
Ok this is gross, but I have black flat worms crawling out of my toilet. I dont think they are tapeworms I have not examined hundred of pics of tapes worms and these werent amoung them. I think they are larvae of Drain flies but I cant find any pics. Anyone else had this problem in the past...
