    Switch for ceiling lights

The switch for my ceiling lights won't go on or off. It's like it's frozen solid. I tried to take the switch out to replace it but can't seem to get it to come out. Is there some magic trick to it? It's on my main panel.

    Thermostat Problem

It's one of the old thermostats that you put it on a number (70) and then it kicks on. How hard is it to change it out to digital. Can I do this myself or will I have to have someone install it for me? I am kind of mechanically challenged.

It's been a little chilly at night here in Lumberton, NC and we tried setting the thermostat to 55 and 65 but the furnace doesn't seem to want to come on until we bump it up to 70. Now I know it's not 70 in the camper.....We have a 2011 Cyclone 3950. Don't want to keep it at 70 during the...

    Cyclone 3950 HD Tours

I have been here 2 days and have had at least 2 "Inferno Owners" ask for a tour. They really like the separated bunks in the living area for their older boys/girls. I have told them all about the quality of Heartland RV's and the Customer Service (even after the warranty) sometimes. Love...

Will the Maxii tires fit my standard rims on the 2011 Cyclone 3950 HD? I have ordered the Goodyear Marathons at a local tire shop but if I can change to the Maxiis I will. I should have read about the Marathons before ordering. I just want to get rid of the Towmax Power Kings. I don't trust...

Well The Chinese Bombs Bit US today

The guy who replaced the tire did not have an idea of what caused the blowout. The tire pressure is checked everyday especially after they cool down. I also check the tires on the TV. It looks like the tire threw all of the tread. I don't travel over 60 mph. Also, this Cyclone has only been...

Re: Not A Happy Customer Actually, Heartland is stepping up to the plate and will pay half the cost of the re-paint. I can't say enough about Ian at customer service. He has been great. The individual who will actually remove the decals, paint and replace the decals is a body and paint shop.
