One of the leds over our kitchen sink is not working. It is very dim. When we tried to replace it we found it is all one piece hard wired not just a replaceable light. Has anyone had to replace any of these lights?

LM 365 Lighted Sign The leds on our 365 sign have quit working. Has anyone replaced theirs? If so how? That is a really short piece of led.

Yes. We have a 2017 Syracuse and ours is high. Think this is to accommodate placement of outdoor tv. We have learned to live with it. Only fix would be taller chairs and that would be worse. Another of the things you don’t catch in PDI-

We also ordered ours at the Goshen Rally. When I called in late July about the delay they offered to send an emergency replacement. I said none was needed. We received our new brass valve this week. Look forward to getting it installed and getting rid of the plastic junk!

We have 3 units on our 35’ Syracuse-2 a/c’s in living area and heat pump in bedroom. The heat pump will only run for 45/60 seconds and then shuts off. It is very loud. Doesn’t seem to put out any heat. Any suggestions what to look at?

We have stayed there several times when visiting family in the area. It is a very well maintained park. Full timer/ workers are all together. Would definitely stay here again.

I did the same thing in 2011 on our Rushmore in the bedroom when we went to Alaska. I found room darkening fabric at JoAnn's, sewed a rod pocket in top and bottom, pinked the sides and used tension rods which went inside window treatments. They were still there when we traded unit in 2017...

How do you know who manufactured the windows in the coach? We have a 2011 Landmark manufactured in Sept 2010. Our two door side windows , small slide window and large rear window all have problems- dark shadows.

We have had the RV Plus card for several years with no issues. You " pay" at the pump, get an email with your statement listing all charges, it is debited from your checking account and you get another email saying it has been paid. Love the convenience. You can also put whatever brand of food...

Our similar leak was the round cap on inspection port. Rubber gasket did not fit tight. We contacted manufacturer and they sent a new cap. Sealed it with silicone and no more leaking. Will have to scrape off sealer to get cap off but that is ok.

Google Slow Rise. You can see who your local dealer is. There is a lady here in Phoenix who comes to you to measure, orders them, installs and gets rid of old blinds. Several coach manufacturers have started using them so it has caused her a problem. I think there is a dealer in Nashville.

We had Slow-Rise shades stalled on our fifth wheel for half the cost of MCD and they are just as efficient! Love them. They keep heat out with day shades and keep cold out and heat in with night. Check them out.

we also wanted shorter but HL has already discontinued the Syracuse. We were told by HL management that dealers wouldn't order it. So we are forced into 40' + if you want to stay in Heartland 365 family. Mobile Suites has a really nice 34'. We drove to Howe to see one coming off their line...
