I am wondering if someone has come up with a solution for the awning on the 3670 that when it rains the rain comes in between the awning and slide out it causes the stairs to become wet and slippery.
My father in law does not have a heartland product but he has the same problem that we all do with the awning ending near the door. He took about a 3 ft. long and maybe 1 foot wide, piece of plexiglass and clamped it to the upper awning rail and under the awning. This works for him.
Thall.. We bought those strap on step/tread covers from Camping World to help remove debris from the shoe soles, so never did notice the wet steps till your post.. Look at the step covers , That may be a solution for you..
We tried the step covers and while they do help to keep dirt out of the camper, we found that the covers tend to stay wet even after the rain ends. We took our step covers off and are much happier.
