Hi everyone,
We have a 2010--3670 BH with a fireplace/desk combination. The fireplace has a thermostat that you can adjust. However lately the heater just turns itself off, (fireplace continues to be lighted}it does not appear to be hot and the thermostat is adjusted so it should not be turning off. Do you think it is the thermostat or is it time to consider replacing the heater, it has been used a lot over the last 5 years? If that is so, can I replace the heater without taking the complete unit out? Any help/comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks
