I am guessing it was Gary Schellenberg. I believe he's in the Warranty/Service Dept. His email is gary@heartlandrvs.com I spoke to him re: warranty repair procedures just before ordering my BH. He was very helpful and spent a tremendous amount of time giving me advice on options, warranty procedures, etc.
