1 lb. Chili
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 carton of half and half
1 can Rotel Tomatoes -diced or chopped
1 can Ranch Style Beans- rinsed
Heat Chili then stir in the Velveeta, half and half, and Rotel. When the Velveeta is melted and blended in, add the beans. Serve with or over Frito chips.
