Best thing is to call Heartland directly. When I needed warranty help on this kind of an item they usually wanted a picture too. This way they insure they get you the right "look".

Yes, they already called. It is basically a supplier faucet no real brand name. I wanted it for two reasons a reference tool for future needs and an exploded view of the nut, locking tab and top peaces. Mine keeps working loose and I want to make sure the tab is bent over (if it has one).
