    low sound on HD channels

    2012 3685 unit, 42" Sharp TV on cable or satellite has issues with sound. If it's a "regular" station the sound is fine. When I switch to an HD channel, the sound is very low even set at max volume. Is there a solution other than the surround sound? thanks
