Got the telephone from Heartland Customer service. Dicor had list of recommended repair facilities.

Same problem, roof was so sticky my shoes got stuck. Call heartland would referred me to Dicor. Talk to Don Metzger customer service for dicor. He ask for photos which l sent. He stated there was a bad batch of roofing material. He offered two options. $1000.00 because he stated it was cosmetic...

Contact Heartland about this problem, they referred me to Lippert who knew about the problem and offered to pay for 50% of replacement cost.$785.00. I will have pay $785.00 plus shipping and installation. Better than nothing.:mad:

We have the problem in our 2016 Bighorn. The love seats vinyl is coming apart from backing. Tried vinyl repair kit. But made the love seat even more uglier.

Jim, did I miss something? Are you MOVING UP to a Bumper Pull Travel Trailer. If so which one? Looking to Up Grade to a smaller unit myself.

I have had three Bighorns and one Landmark, I must say that my 2016 Bighorn ;)is a better unit than my 2011 Landmark.

We ghave a 3750FL and love this floor plan better than the 3 other Heartland products we have had.

Do you plan to remove the original steps?

Well that did it in for my wife!

Could be a blokage in your out flow ducts, pull the vent covers out, run your hand as far you can to see if there are something blocking the air flow, I hade an similar problem and found loose foam that was blockung air flow.

I have a 3750 FL and it's the best floor plan 5th wheel we ever had. Love it. So far only very minor issues.

My wife I like number 2, I like # 1.

Just wanted everyone to know that I have received outstanding service for warranty work on my 2015 Bighorn, They fixed a water leak behind the refigerator, tighten screws on the slide rollers, ceiling mouldings repair, install fender supports, and I got back my unit back at the time promise...

Welcome Tom I have had one Landmark and three Bighorns and I must say my current Big is the best of the four. Make it better-Great!

Pull the vent cover from the one that is not blowing air, reach your hand in the vent to see if there is any loose trash or objects that may blocking the flow of air!

Wow ! My new 2016 Bighorn must have the same doors because we have the same problem:confused:

If you file the under uninsured motors, the insurance company is obligated to go after him for your deductible!

I agree Dan, I would perfer to keep my truck with an extended warranty, say to 10 year, 250,000 mie warranty:)

Well we went ahead and done, we traded our 2011 landmark for a 2016 Bighorn 3750. Love the front living room and a shower that I do not have to stoop down :angel:. Should take delivery on Tuesday the 16th.

I had the same problem my last trip out. I reset all the AC breakers and found that there was one that was tripped, but you could tell it was tripped by looking at it.

Tom, my wife is a fanof lighter color woods and flooring . In fact dark colors is a complete turn off for her. Dark colors seem tp male a small place even smaller.

Problem solved< Dan, sorry took so long to get back to you, but this the first time since June that we had Landmark out. I found on the slide out where opposite the door sofa side on the outside bottom rear there was some wires that was damage due to rubbing against the botton rail while...

After tearing off the rear of my 2008 Bighorn. I always use truck stops:)
