First trip of the year and I was out doing some maintenance and saw something troubling. The wall on the passenger side behind the end cap is bubbling up.
What is that about !?!?!?!?!?
It seems to be extending down from the flood light? Any ideas on what is causing this? Would this be an...
Our bonded leather (im assuming) is beginning to peel after three years of ownership. We had this happen with a set at home and it begins to look horrible quickly.
Is there a fix? Can these cushions be replaced?
I am also assuming this is normal wear and tear so extended warranties dont...
We were there Saturday as well. Another show that the Road Warrior was not represented at all. We really wanted to see the 410RW, been looking for it for the last four shows with no success. Then we look this morning and the 410RW floor plan has been removed from the Heartland website...
The Heathcotes will have to miss the fall rally this year. Our daughter has a football game this weekend she will be cheering for. Have fun, everyone! Hope to see you all next spring!

Hi Nancy!
The Heathcote's will not be attending this weekend. Our youngest has cheer camp on Saturday and she can't miss. We unfortunately had to cancel our reservation. Have a great weekend everyone, hope to see you all this fall!

Nancy we certainly recommend this park. We have stayed here twice. One request though... I want pictures of Dave zip lining. It will come in handy at the rallies.

On a recent business trip in TN I remember seeing some signs for some falls, I believe on I-40 outside of Nashville.
Does anyone recommend any parks in the area with some waterfalls in TN. Wanting to plan a family trip this summer.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Spending Easter weekend at Catherine's Landing in Hot Springs, AR.
Heartland well represented. Two Big Horns, a Big Country, North Trail, Cyclone and our Road Warrior.
Beautiful spot by the river.
Happy Easter and God Bless all of our Heartland family!

Re: Power From Pole Problems
Thanks for the input everyone, we can always count on the Heartland Owners!!! Finally got a hold of a volt meter and discovered one leg of the breaker was bad. Thank the Lord a cheap fix.

Not sure if josh already posted here but the Heathcotes will be there late Friday afternoon/evening :) I called the park and we were on the list but posting here too just in case... [emoji4]
Re: Power From Pole Problems
Its at my dear lease. I was out here about a month ago and everything was fine.
That is one reason I am suspecting the service. Very rural out here.
Thanks for the response.
My rig is hooked up to city power but my fridge and AC will not kick on.
Turned the breaker off and started the gen and everything operates fine.
Turned the gen off and flipped the breaker back on and the lights outside got brighter but the fridge and AC still don't work.
I am thinking low...
So I am biting the bullet this week and upgrading to Goodyear G614's before the Heartland rally this weekend.
I have a price from a Good year store in my area at 325/ea.
I have seen $350+ on hear, so am I to assume that my cost is good? Has anyone seen better?
Thanks,
Hi Nancy,
Is there still room for the Heathcote's?
We reserved with Coffee Creek coming in on Friday leaving on Sunday.
Look forward to seeing everybody.
It is also recommended that the flow through sensors be used on steel stems. My rig did not have steel stems when I installed them (all sensors work) but will change out to steel as tires get replaced (three so far.....blowmax).
TST is great system has paid for itself TWICE so far.
Good luck...
It amazes me every time I get cut off leading up to a traffic signal.
Did the person seriously not notice the 50 plus foot of trailer and truck that he passed to beat me to the light.
Heartland put me in touch with PVC Wholesale. They are the distributor for Towmax. I have been dealing with them on the three failed tires. She has given me warranty on all two and shipped me a new tire on the first one.
561-383-3100 ask for Olga
It is an insulting warranty and they do...
We got bit by the Towmax Gremlin as well.
The Road Warrior got 5000 miles in the first year and almost to the month the Towmax's started going down. Caught the first on visually, fought with the Wholesaler until she finally sent me a new tire, granted it was a Towmax. The second went down on...
Welcome to the RW family, we love our 390. The room is outstanding storage is a little lacking but we are coming up with creative storage ideas. We are actually camping in Monroe, LA right now. Enjoy the Road Warrior hope to see you at our rally in October, near Tyler.

As an unapologetic Ford guy who also works in manufacturing I don't think there is a thing wrong with brand loyalty.
In manufacturing, once a product is released it is hard to stay ahead of the curve for a long period of time. Most technologies are either copied or improved on. Patents can...
We love our RW390 because of the room. My rig stays at the deer lease during season so the ATV is stored. We don't take it with us camping due to gas powered restrictions. Forcing us to look into getting a golf cart ;). We just ordered a carpet for the garage and will be camping with another...
I appreciate the perspective it is logical to understand that most individuals that wish to harm will target areas where they will be met with the least resistance.
The last handful of tragic events were ended when the coward assailants were met with force they ended their own lives. Better to...
I agree with all of that. It is just my observation that we are obliged to abide by these ratings that may not be based on mechanics but paperwork.
My opinion is no one wishes to be unsafe. But for people new to this lifestyle these tow rating conversations are very confusing. Confusion is...
I have learned so much on tow ratings on this forum (thank you to all for all the knowledge and experience). The door sticker makes all the sense in the world however it frustrates and angers me that the government dictates what truck I buy.
All I can speak on is Ford because that is what I...
Ok, thanks for your thoughts! We have two little girls and it is amazing how much sand they manage to store on themselves... lol. We will just try to shower most of it off at the beach or the park before even getting in the rv. A little is no big deal but my kids have super sand storage...
This might be a silly question but... we are planning on taking our toy hauler to the beach for the 1st time this summer. I assume it would not be a good thing to have sand in our water tanks. Is it an issue or am I being too paranoid about not showering in the rv if we are sandy? I would think...
Can anyone suggest a nice RV Park on the beach in the Gulf Coast. Taking the family this summer, looking in Dauphin or Gulf Shores.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
The Heathcotes
I have a 12 F250 SRW 4x4 with the Air Lift 5000. It makes a nice ride with our big toy hauler. The compressor and gauges doubled the cost of my system so I just have the stems sticking out the back. I carry a compressor in the camper with a 50 ft hose.

Heartland options are irrelevant unless you order a unit. The Goodyears are an option for Road Warrior as well but no mention was made to me. They want to up sell you extended warranty plans but I don't think they want to make changes to a unit in inventory. Just get it moved and move on...
I have been following this thread from the beginning and it has been a good debate. The take away for me is the margin for error. We just returned from our Hot Springs trip today without incident. Had my TST507 and watched it the whole way, checked pressure this morning before pulling out. All...
