We received our new Anderson valve yesterday. We ordered ours in late June or early July. About 3 weeks ago I received an email from the company apologizing for their delay. They also offered to send a repair kit if one was needed. IMO this was pretty good customer service.

We currently have CN and began using them in April 2016. We used them once for my wife's car and were very pleased. They responded within 45 minutes, and towed the car to a dealership for repair. The tow distance was about 40 miles, and we were not charged.

I don't remember what our RV cost, but our TV was $140.00 for a year. Florida vehicle registration fees are based on vehicle weight, and will expire on your birth date. However, your TV will expire on December 31st.

Well, neither Mama Gerties nor Campfire Lodging have availability!!!!! Looking at several options, but not very promising. We found available sites at Bear Creek. Looks okay, but is right off the interstate. Guess if we want to be in this area we'll have to take the good with the bad!!!!

We are looking for campgrounds in the Asheville, NC area for October. We found 2 we liked - Mama Gerties Hideaway Campground, and Campfire Lodgings. Both we really liked and would like to hear feedback and/or other options.

We originally had Good Sam, but recently switched to Coach-Net. Thankfully we've never needed to use either service. We change companies after sitting through a presentation by Coach-Net at a Heartland rally.

We've never stayed at that State Park, but do love Traverse City area. For the last several years we've stayed at Timber Ridge, which is about 5 to 10 miles from the State park, and loved it. Of course we're there in late fall (end of October) so it's not very crowded!!

We pay $250.00 per month for covered storage in the Tampa, Fl area. Facility is about 20 mins from house, accessible 24/7. Property manager lives on property, and is monitored by cameras and fence alarms. Each bay has 30 amp service and property has a dump station. A bit steep, but it...

Thanks for everyone's replies. Turn A/C on this morning (Saturday) and it work. A/C has been running all day/night without issues. Will have to watch closely as, filters were clean and no issues with roof unit. Thanks again!!!!

Having bedroom thermostat issues!!!!! The bedroom thermostat (Dometic programmable) is set at 68, but A/C will not come on. I checked the inside temperature and it read 32. Can't get thermostat to reset -any ideas?

We had similar problems with CW service. They told us Heartland had been contacted and CW was waiting on them. My wife contacted Heartland and found no claims had been filed. Wife contacted CW again and their response was "Heartland will never approve that repair". Guess what - Heartland...
