I know all of you people like the new head lights but I sure do not like to face these new head lights coming at me. these old eyes have a hard time around these light. And if it is raining the problem become even more of a problem.
I guess Lana & I find a need for as much closet space as possible to store items in. Large windows are not the important to us. We spend alot of time outside the coach to enjoy mother nature and not looking out the window.
I just had the disc brakes put on yesterday and did test drive and can not believe how wonderful the are. No grabbing but just a nice easy stop. All rv trailers should have them on for safety reasons.
Wow, that is true love for one another. So glad you decided on a Heartland product. You will truely enjoy your coach and travel the country for your wife!!! Thank you for sharing your adventure and life with your wife.
The bigger our slide outs are and the number of slide outs a unit has there is not much insulation in these slide outs which causes the problem of cooling these big rvs. When the manufactures decide to insult the slide outs more we have to put up with heat.
Re: Curios about the age of other Owner's Club members
I sure can not believe I and my wife are the oldest so far. I am 77 and my wife is 74 and still enjoy camping with our grand and great grand children. They do make us feel young when we are with them, but they tier us after a day playing...
Congrad. I know you will enjoy your 3750. We bought our Bighorn 3750 during the National Heartland Rally 2015. We are very proud of this unit. this floor plan to us makes us feel very much at home in this unit. The only thing we did change was we kept our old mattress from our past Bighorn 3400...
You may want to have the dealer put the slide outs in on each floor plan to see if this will cause a problem if you need to get a certain place in the RV. Have fun deciding, that is what Rving is all about!!
we bought a Bighorn from Tiara RV during the Heartland Rally. Tiara just started selling Bighorn at that time, so they did not know alot about Bighorn at that time. Tiara did treat us very well and I thought we got a very good deal with them.
We just bought a 3570 Bighorn 2016. As I have heard they are going to change the looks of the 3570. so heartland is going to change the number of this floor plan.
You need to know it takes a pretty long distance to stop a camper and pickup at 70MPH. Wind is also an issue to keep in mind as to how fast you will travel. The big issue is what speed do you feel comfortable at driving. i
Re: EVENT: North American Heartland Rally: IN, Goshen - 6/16/2015 to 6/21/2015
We will be able to come to the pre rally and half of the rally if you do not mind. My sons county fair is going on the same time the rally is and my grandson will be showing livestock near the end of thier fair...
I have a 8.0 Chevy gaser and a 4.10 rear end with a Bighorn camper and have not had any problems pulling in the mountains with a 6 speed Allison trany. It is true I get 7 to 8 miles to the gallon. Love this pickup.
For these ladies who are not found of haveing a gun can use a very small and very bright flah light works great also. Shine this light into the eyes of the person you want to back off and works very well.
