Thanks danemayer,I have tried contacting Dometic with no luck.They want an authorized service center to tell them the unit is bad.I also called Heartland and did not get much help from them.

We have had to replace our Dometic AC unit two times in only 3 years of owning our camper. We run the unit according to the manufacturer guidelines and do not over work the unit. We never set the thermostat to less than 75 degrees (usually set at 77). The first unit was replaced 11 months ago...

It is that size because of the storage underneath. The seat itself is only comfortable if your legs are stretched out on the sofa. AT least that is the case with my 2014 3100

Hi all, Thanks for the responses. We will try and unscrew one of the plastic lenses next weekend. These lights get so hot I am hoping new LED bulbs will help.

My Cyclone 3100 has the round flat light fixtures over the sofa and the cabinet on the kitchen. Does Anyone know how to take the covers off to replace the bulbs? I tried to pop them off but the whole light fixture came out (seemed spring loaded?). Also, are they the same 921 bulbs? I want to...

Thanks all for your input. Used a test light and finally found a loose connection so the problem is now fixed. I am still trying to locate the reset button on the buss bar. I am convinced now that they forgot to install one. Fortunately that wasn't the problem.

Thanks Dan. We have looked for the reset button (looked at all pictures posted and in Guide) and we do not have a reset button like the ones shown. Any other suggestions? Is it possible they forgot to install a reset button?

Looking for some help. Our battery is not supplying any power to our camper. We have tested the battery and it is good. However, we are getting nothing, no lights, landing gear...etc. On shore power everything is works fine. Has anybody else come across this? It is a 2013 Cyclone 3100

Mine actually came with the bunk ladder. We use a folding 3 step ladder to get into the cabinets.

We have the 3100. You can not access the bedroom when the slides are in, but you can access the bathroom

Love what you did to the door. We have only had one weekend trip and I can see my dogs destroying the screens also. Was it difficult to find the material or to do the change over? I will be showing my husband this one first thing tonight....lol

The magnets are on the screen, but the plates that the magnets catch on the floor were left off.

Got the hardware we needed from Heartland yesterday but no instructions or diagrams. Does anyone have a picture of where/how the metal plates are mounted on the floor?

Thank you. We are actually using that right now to keep the screen down until the metal plates come but I didn't think about using is after the plates were in. Great tip, I think I will keep using it as you suggested.

Heartland was so pleasant and helpful. They did forget to install metal plates in the floor for the magnets to catch on for the screen but they are sending them right out to me. Also had a small chip in the garage table and a replacement is coming for that also. So far, two very minor issues...

I was surprised to see that the compartments that hold the propane tanks do not lock. Has anyone come up with ways to prevent these tanks from "walking" away?
